It’s a simple three-step process:
First, choose your products and add to the shopping cart. When you’re ready, select the “checkout” option at which point you will be asked to login (if already an existing user and not already done so) or to register for an account.Secondly, fill in your billing, shipping and other details and then confirm.You will be automatically directed to the PayPal site to complete all payment details.
To help safeguard your identity, after completing every PayPal payment, a confirmation email is sent to your designated address from PayPal confirming your transaction. Annika Rucci will also send a separate confirmation email about your purchase with the order processing and shipping details.
Once an item is shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order. Most orders are shipped within 72 hours of payment confirmation. You may return the item in accordance with our Exchange Procedures outlined below.
We accept payments through PayPal which includes all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club as well as PayPal accounts. For customers wishing to pay by bank transfers, money orders, and cashier checks, please contact us on email@example.com with the stock number of your selected items and your shipping address.
All shipments are made via UPS. Should you choose not to use this shipper, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to accommodate customers’ requests. However, please note that shipments made via other means will be at the customer’s own risk.
We ship globally to most countries that the UPS network covers. If your country is not available when designating your shipping address, please contact us on email@example.com to ask our customer service representatives for help.
Our automatic invoicing system calculates shipping during the checkout process. Prices are based upon the total weight and cost of the item(s) placed in your shopping cart. Our web site communicates directly with UPS for accurate calculation of shipping.
If you are receiving your goods in the U.S., Europe or other countries which subject your shipment to import duties and local sales taxes, they will be levied when the package reaches your destination. These, and charges for customs clearance, must be borne by yourself (typically to be paid upon receipt of the shipment). When ordering from Annika Rucci you are considered the importer of record and therefore must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the goods.
Absolutely! If paying by credit card, your billing address will be verified with the card verification service but your delivery address can be different and will not be checked. Don’t forget your friend will still be liable to pay for any import duties and local sales taxes.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please return your unused merchandise within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. If the item is being returned due to a defect, it will be replaced at Annika Rucci’s cost. If the item is being returned for exchange, then the original and return shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your original payment. This return policy does not apply to discounted items and special custom orders. Please also note that we only offer online Annika Rucci store credit which must be used up within 3 months. Shipping charges for exchanges will be solely borne by yourself, and not Annika Rucci.
Any item that has been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All merchandise returned will undergo quality checks. Annika Rucci has the final decision on the returned items’ condition.
Firstly, email firstname.lastname@example.org within seven (7) calendar days of receipt that you wish to exchange. We will email and/or fax you a Return Merchandise Authorization Form which you should fill in and send back to us. Our customer service representative will assign an Exchange Authorization Number (AN) which must be clearly written on the front of the returned package.
Secondly, carefully pack your item(s) with all tags still attached and in the original packaging as it was delivered to you with any accessories, the original receipt and the original completed Return Merchandise Authorization Form in a secure package. Items with a value of at least US$75 (not including shipping & taxes) must be returned using an online traceable shipping method. Purchases valued at US$500 or more must also be insured. You must return the item(s) within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the AN.
Once we receive your return, we will notify you as soon as possible by email. After inspecting your returns for its condition, we will complete your return and process your online Annika Rucci store credit which is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and must be used in full.
